Omar M. Masri joined Edgo in 2006 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the strategy and development of Edgo group companies across regional markets. Prior to joining Edgo, he was Arab Bank’s first Global Head of Investment Banking following its acquisition of Atlas Investment Group, which he founded in 1996. Earlier, he held banking and investment management roles in the United States and the United Kingdom. A 1989 graduate of George Washington University, he has led the expansion of Edgo’s oil and gas services activities and its diversified business portfolio. He also serves on the boards of public and private companies, as well as educational and philanthropic institutions.

Nidal M. Karyouti joined Edgo in 2005 and became Chief Operating Officer in January 2022, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as group director, overseeing operational performance, business growth and transformation across Edgo group companies. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SabaFon in Yemen, following earlier roles at Jordan Telecom, Sprint and Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from Central Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Beyond Edgo, he served on the Board of the Jordan Olympic Committee and chaired the Jordan Swimming Federation.

Nasim M. Karmash joined Edgo in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Before his appointment in 2022, he held successive leadership positions in budgeting and reporting, financial control, and general management. With more than 25 years of corporate experience, his expertise covers finance, strategy, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and wealth management. His responsibilities also include board and joint-venture governance, alternative investments, and group-wide AI and digital transformation initiatives. He holds an MBA from the United States and multiple international professional qualifications.

Nabil M. Shalan serves as Chief Information Officer of Edgo, bringing more than 28 years of experience in technology, IT leadership, and digital transformation. Before joining Edgo in 2006, he spent 16 years in the United States, holding positions at Microsoft and in the semiconductor industry. Since joining Edgo, he has progressed through senior IT leadership roles and now oversees technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT governance across Edgo group companies’ international operations. He has contributed to modernizing enterprise infrastructure and advancing cloud adoption.

Mohammad G. Aborrob joined Edgo in 2006 and currently serves as Audit & Compliance Director, overseeing internal audit and compliance functions across Edgo group companies. He previously served as Finance and Compliance Manager from 2011 to 2022, following senior roles in internal audit. His responsibilities have since expanded to encompass risk management, corporate governance, internal controls, and business and process improvement. In his current role, he provides independent assurance and strategic guidance to senior management and the Board, while supporting effective governance, operational efficiency, business integrity, and special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the Board and executive management.

Faisal W. Asfour has served as General Counsel of Edgo since 2022, providing legal leadership and strategic counsel across Edgo group companies and investments. Before joining Edgo, he practiced corporate and commercial law for more than seven years, advising clients on complex transactions, governance matters, and business growth initiatives. His responsibilities at Edgo have expanded from supporting individual business units to overseeing legal matters across Edgo group companies, advising management on strategic opportunities, risk management, and the execution of key business objectives. He holds an LLM in International Trade Law and an LLB from the University of Essex.

Dina F. Othman joined Edgo in 2021 and currently serves as Human Resources Director. With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, she oversees people and culture strategy, organizational development, talent management, HR governance, and employee well-being across Edgo group companies’ regional operations. Initially appointed Human Resources Manager, her responsibilities have expanded from managing HR operations to developing group-wide people strategies and advising executive leadership on organizational growth and transformation. Before joining Edgo, she held senior HR positions in the insurance, energy, and services sectors across Jordan and the wider MENA region.
