Since joining Edgo in 2005, Nidal M. Karyouti has played a key role in the company’s financial and operational transformation, contributing to stronger business performance across Edgo group companies. Previously, Chief Financial Officer, he became Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and also serves as group director. His experience encompasses financial leadership and strategic execution across regional markets.

Nidal began his career at Arthur Andersen in Jordan before moving to the United States, where he worked at Sprint. He subsequently joined Jordan Telecom, where he advanced into senior financial management, before assuming the roles of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at SabaFon in Yemen.

At Edgo, Nidal works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to translate strategic priorities into operational execution and drive business growth while strengthening organizational capabilities across Edgo group companies. He oversees operational effectiveness, business development, supply chain management and strategic partnerships, with a focus on profitability, accountability and sustainable growth.

His contributions include strengthening corporate governance frameworks, advancing enterprise-wide performance management and leading business transformation initiatives across Edgo group companies.

Nidal holds an MBA from Central Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Beyond his executive responsibilities at Edgo, he served as a Board Member of the Jordan Olympic Committee and as Chairman of the Jordan Swimming Federation. His corporate appointments include serving as an Alternate Board Member of Airport International Group, where he also sits on the Strategic Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is an Executive Committee Member of Immensa and serves on the boards of Reda Free Zone Egypt and Reda Ras Al Khaimah.
