Net-Zero Emissions 2045

For decades, Edgo has been at the forefront of energy solutions across the Middle East and Africa, combining technical excellence with a steadfast commitment to sustainable development. From providing oilfield services and infrastructure solutions to pioneering green building projects, Edgo exemplifies operational efficiency while addressing pressing environmental challenges. With the launch of the Net-Zero Emissions 2045 (NZE) initiative, Edgo reaffirms its position as a leader in sustainability, integrating advanced technologies and fostering collaboration that aligns with global decarbonization goals.
The NZE initiative spans Edgo’s key companies, including Camco, ESP Mena Ltd, Edgo Oman, and the Edgo Atrium, highlighting their collective contributions to the energy sector and their alignment with Edgo’s sustainability vision. Rooted in the goals of the 2015 Paris Agreement to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C, the initiative addresses the impacts of climate change in the regions where Edgo operates.
Edgo’s roadmap to net-zero emissions begins with a comprehensive baseline emissions study in 2025, followed by structured leadership and resource allocation. Implementation efforts from 2026 onward will focus on reducing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions through renewable energy integration, carbon offset projects, and targeted action across operations. Through these steps, Edgo aims to advance sustainability across the Middle East and Africa, supporting long-term environmental impact while contributing to progress in the energy sector.
