An ISO 9001:2015 certified company, Edgo Oman has been operating for more than 45 years and its specialist teams operate out of two workshops totalling around 1,100m2 located in Ghala, Muscat, which are recognised and approved by Petroleum Development Oman and Occidental Petroleum (Oxy).
The first of these workshops is used for the integration and assembly of remote telemetry units (RTU) and programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, part of a close partnership with Sensia (Schlumberger and Rockwell Automation JV) which has supplied panels across Oman and Kuwait for more than a decade.
Sensia is the first fully integrated digital oilfield automation solutions provider that offers measurement, digital and process automation solutions. There is also a workshop that specializes in the reconditioning and refurbishment of mechanical seals of any OEM make, model and size.
The second workshop is used to assemble ESP surface equipment with specialist teams assembling fully functional surface-packaged skids to supply to wellhead locations throughout Oman. Skid packages integrated by Edgo are installed with major operators in Oman including Petroleum Development Oman, Occidental of Oman, Oman Oil Exploration and Production Company (part of Oman Qaboos), CC Energy Development, Daleel Petroleum, and ARA Petroleum.
