Expanding Cooperation with AGOCO in Libya’s Oil and Gas Sector

Edgo group companies’ General Managers, Camco’s Nabil Ezarrug and ESP’s Issam Hubbi, met with the Chairman of the Management Committee, Eng. Mohamed Ben Shatwan, of the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

Discussions focused on advancing ongoing projects between Edgo group companies, Camco and ESP, with a particular emphasis on innovative technologies in measurement while drilling, directional and horizontal drilling, re-entry of old wells, artificial lift, chemical treatment, and integrated services.

Edgo group companies highlighted their successful collaborations with their exclusive technology partner in Libya, Baker Hughes (BH), showcasing the impact of their joint efforts in fostering a competitive environment among oil service providers and supporting the National Oil Corporation’s (NOC) goals to enhance production.

This meeting reaffirmed Camco’s and ESP’s leadership in the Libyan energy sector, underscoring their commitment to adopting and advancing cutting-edge technologies in partnership with industry leaders.
